BED BUG INFESTATION! And unwillingness to compansate. I asked for a discount and got 10%. It's very unfair. I feel ripped off. It was very expensive compared to the other hostels. 280 dong per night for 100 bites and lack of hospitality. I shouldn't have paid for this stay at all. UPDATE: I just saw their reply on booking implying that i am a liar which is beyond acceptable. I sent them the photo of my bites but for some reason could not upload the photo on booking. So instead of solving the problem they choose the path of denial and blame.
