Pas de réception, pas d’accueil physique,on l’apprend la veille, Gestion lamentable, pas de gestion,, d’un problème DE PUNAISES DE LITS ATTENTION DORTOIR FILLES 103 INFESTÉ Une personne au téléphone m'a proposé de changer de lit,m’à dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas prévoir cela,et que le nettoyage serait fait après mon départ, donc 3 nuits après mon arrivée Aucune proposition de changement de chambre, soit disant l’auberge était pleine,aucune proposition d’indemnisation, aucune proposition pour le lavage des vêtements, Un désintérêt et un mepris total du client face à la gravité de la situation, c'est SCANDALEUX

J ai attrapé des punaises de lit. Je n apprécie pas de ne pas avoir un contact physique. Je suis une femme mayor . Mon ami a acheté de la nourriture , il a mis son nom , no de chambre, et quand il a voulu la manger , la femme de ménage avait nettoyé le frigo et l avait jeté. Alors que la nourriture avait été acheté le jour même.

Lo de Botanic, nada, plantas artificiales la mayoría. La ubicación es cerca del centro pero re turbia la zona, tanto de día como de noche y según los lugareños, es de los peores barrios de Zaragoza. La habitación se prendía la luz automática cada vez que entraba alguien y fue imposible dormir. Había chinches, me agarró toda una reacción alérgica de todo lo que me picaron y no se si me las traje o no a Barcelona. La calidad de viajeros muy baja y sucios. Cocina llena de basura. Y sin cocina. No hay nadie que vigile y me dijeron que habían robado una notebook la semana anterior a la que fui. Nos quedamos afuera porque la llave con clave se trabó y no podíamos entrar. Era de noche. Miedo. Menos mal que éramos 4.

J'ai cependant découvert lors de mon séjour dans l'établissement des punaises de lit dans la cabine où je dormais. Les responsables de l'établissement sont alertés et ont affirmé s'occuper de ce problème.

There is no reception creating a very cold and not welcoming atmosphere. Before entering the hostel you need to call them and send a picture of your ID, which is fine but waiting to wait outside until they send the access code via email was a little bit annoying. Overall the common are and hostel overall seemed nice, it also has a kitchen area (no stove tho). At first the rooms also seemed clean however after two nights I found bedbugs. Others in the room had the same problem. After messaging the hostel they booked us different hotels (sketchy ones but ok) which was nice but I think it's ridiculous that they didn't inform the other people that were staying in the same room and seemingly just let new people in there without taking care of the problem: AVOID! In addition the location is not the best, it’s close to the old city which is nice however the streets around the hostel seem sketchy, I didn’t particularly feel unsafe there but I also would say it’s a safe area. Another minor things: the lights in the room work with motion sensor which means that the light constantly goes off and then turns back on & if people get back home late at night there is no option for the (very bright) light not to turn on.

Todo estaba bien, limpio, cocina equipada(sin horno), ubicación muy céntrica aunque en un callejón algo peligroso. Si no fuera por los chinches… Encontré uno en mi cama, no pude localizar más pero con estas cosas nunca se sabe. Al decirlo al staff me respondieron inmediatamente y me ofrecieron un cambio de alojamiento y un reembolso total de la estancia. Porque ya era tarde y tenía que salir muy temprano, decidí quedarme la noche. Asceroso brr. Ahora tengo que sacrificar al menos un día para lavar y secar todas mis cosas en temperatura alta(60º). Seguramente no todos lo sobreviven. Y la maleta, probablemente tendré que tirar a la basura. Así que, dudo que los 50 € cobraran todos mis gastos… Y el miedo y la ansiedad no lo menciono…

L'hôtel était bien dans sa globalité mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de réception physique. Nous avons aussi eu un petit problème de punaises de lit, c'est pas de leur faute mais une réception physique aurait peut-être pu aider.

Ich hatte in meinem Bett Bettwanzen, konnte aber keinem Bescheid sagen, weil nie jemand an der Rezeption ist. Auch am "Notfalltelefon" war nie jemand erreichbar. Die Straße ist generell ein bisschen creepy. Auf meiner Bettdecke war außerdem Makeup (oder Blut).

I was bitten by bed bugs after a 2 night stay, have contacted the hostel. Aside from that it had a pleasant experience. The location felt bit dodgy, I never had any issues but I did feel a bit wary. It was close enough to walk comfortably into the main city. The room has a shower and toilet inside, not terribly private but clean, I also found the sensor lights a bit frustrating at night as any movement like going to the bathroom turns them on. Reception staff were very helpful!

The rooms have no window and a light that automatically goes on when anyone moves, all night. The receptionist was very nice. My money was refunded after I showed the video of the bedbug, but 25 euro back in exchange for a potential infestation in my own home is nothing.

La primera noche fue genial con una decoración muy linda hasta que me encontré con chinches llenos de sangre en mi cama, con mis compañeras de cuarto encontrarnos en un lapso de una hora unos 6 chinches. Nos reubicaron a otros hospedajes. Llamemos a Sanidad.

Population definitely skewed middle age, besides us. The rooms have no window and a light that automatically goes on when anyone moves, all night. The property was not comfortable to walk to at night with lots of men in the street. The receptionist was very nice. My money was refunded after I showed the video of the bedbug, but 25 euro back in

COCHINOS puros chinches en las camas encontré un par de nocje y luego de alertar a mis compañeras encontramos mas de 10 en un par de horas!!! el peor lugar de mi vida!

Quartos e áreas comuns sujas. O quarto tinha que ficar com a porta aberta pq não tinha janela e a ventilação mecânica não funcionava. Tinha percevejos nas camas e levei várias picadas. Depois das 20h não tem ninguém na recepção, apenas atendimento remoto. A luz do quarto funciona por sensor de movimento, então toda vez que alguém se move na cama ela acende, ou seja, a noite inteira Por último e o pior de tudo, a localização, apesar de muito próxima do centro, não é segura. Chegando no hostel pela tarde, fui abordada por um homem que me seguiu e me xingou quando não o respondi. Não tive coragem de sair sozinha à noite e ouvi os mesmos relatos de outras meninas que estavam hospedadas. À noite ouvi duas brigas violentas na frente do hostel. Nunca me senti insegura assim caminhando pelo centro de São Paulo. Totalmente inapropriado para pessoas viajando sozinhas, principalmente mulheres.

Bed bugs. Reception closed after 8pm, no staff present overnight, nobody to talk to to sort out the situation. No solution was given for me. (This happened two months ago but the review was deleted)

Most unwelcoming staff i’ve ever encountered in a hostel. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. On my last night i saw a bed bug crawling on my curtain and when i looked closer they were also on the mattress itself. There is no atmosphere in the hostel, so if you’re a solo traveller don’t expect to meet anyone here. It’s cheap, but not worth it.

I held off writing to get a response from staff which never came. We discovered 2 bed bugs on our first night. It was only in my friend's bunk, and we'd come from the same hostel. There weren't any in mine. Hostel never responded to our notification. Friend woke up with bites the second night. There isn't another hostel option in town though. Otherwise, decent place. Street is unsafe at night, be back by 1900.
