Hostel BellaVista

No keys - hostel and rooms were open for the whole night, so any random person from the street could enter each room. Only one toilet and shower for the whole floor (1 for men and 1 for women). When it comes to check in - you have to call the owner (Slovenian telephone number). The rooms were way too small for 4 people. The room seemed to be tidy, but it wasn’t really clean and nobody cared about the bed bugs in the bed of a person sleeping in the same room.

BEDBUGS! And I have fotos of them. When I showed the hostel staff my bed, there was one just crawling on the wall. And now i have bites all over my legs and arms and neck. They did not offer to pay my cleaning expences. When asked, they showed me where the nearest self-service laundromat is. They did offer me another room for another night in a same hostel. I found something suspicios in new room aswell and my room mate found a just eaten bug from there. They tried to offer me yet another room, but of course I left. They did not offer me any help (nor expences coverd of course) on finding a new appartment at 9 o'clock in the evening. Just said that the next offerd room is "100% clean".
