🇧🇷 Não está à altura dos padrões... Há percevejos, e isso é um grande problema... Eles me causam coceira constante..............Not 🇬🇧up to standard... There are bed bugs, and that's a big problem... They're causing me constant itching.

Sofri gordofobia, assédio moral e físico de uma hóspede bêbada e não fizeram nada. Isso pq o hostel tem uma placa dizendo que não toleram assédio. Além disso, fui picada por percevejos.

Parte negativa: O quarto comunitário em beliche, é muito rígido e sai de lá com umas coceiras em meu corpo, tendo a sensação de haver pulgas ou percevejo. Se de fato, constatar a minha alegação, precisa detetizar as camas das beliches porque é uma pousada que recebe pessoas de toda a parte do mundo.

O único ponto negativo foi levar picada de percevejo durante a madrugada na cama do quarto 2, mas isso é um problema recorrente em hostels de modo geral, pois recebe muitas pessoas e nem todo mundo cuida da sua própria higiene corretamente. Mas é algo que pode ser resolvido com uma detetização do espaço. E nos outros quartos que eu fiquei não tive nenhum problema, sempre limpinhos, inclusive o hostel está em constante melhorias, parabéns para quem está gerenciando.

We had a terrible experience at Akkuy Hostel. We found bed bugs in our beds ... they moved us twice (and my partner three times) because the new beds were also infested. It's unacceptable to charge people to sleep in such conditions, exposing them to health risks and infection. A place like this should not be allowed to operate. It's almost inhumane. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

Quartos sujos e com muitos percevejos

Bed bugs, bathroom and showers very dirty.

Percevejos nos colchões , nunca iria pensar que em sao paulo poderia ter isso. Passei noite cerrando a pele de tantas mordidas

Bedbugs in the room, this is terrible for the money. The staff is trying, but very poorly, there is no treatment after the previous residents, they ran a mop across the floor a couple of times and cleaned up. But people are trying, apparently for their salary, what else can you expect. The kitchen is clean but there is no kettle, there is nowhere to heat water except in a common fire pot where people cook all sorts of things. Accordingly, they wash the dishes somehow. There is nothing to say about Wi-Fi at all, it is there, but the constantly falling connection does not allow normal communication even by text.

O quarto de baixo wsta infestado por percevejos eu mal deitei na cama e comecei a me coçar todo foi horrível fora que eu fiquei apenas uma noite e me roubaram duas camisas que estava dentro da minha sacolas o mais engraçado que tinha roupas usadas mais levaram as duas novas nunca aconteceu isso em hostel nenhum e a primeira vez

Recentemente, minha estadia no "Akkui Hostel" foi marcada por uma série de contratempos, sendo o mais perturbador a presença de percevejos no quarto. Ao reportar o incidente à gerência, fui confrontado com uma resposta desdenhosa e pouco profissional, que minimizou a gravidade da situação ao questionar se eu confundi os insetos com pernilongos. Além disso, o quarto, desprovido de qualquer ventilador apesar das altas temperaturas em São Paulo, tornou a experiência ainda mais angustiante. O mais preocupante é que não fui o único a enfrentar problemas durante minha estadia. Várias avaliações recentes mencionam experiências semelhantes, o que levanta sérias dúvidas sobre a qualidade e segurança do estabelecimento. O clima de insegurança é ainda mais exacerbado pelo relato de furtos durante o período em que estive lá. Infelizmente, a atitude da gerência diante desses problemas é de completa apatia, evidenciando uma falta de profissionalismo e compromisso com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.

Bed bugs!!!

The rooms were filthy and infested with bed bugs, which was being complained by all the guests. Also, the bathrooms were small and lacked basic hygiene supplies. The facilities must be immediatily fumigated.

The place has bed bugs. I got bites all over my body. It is still itchy. 😔They refused to give me refund just offered to stay in another room.

Ubicación no es segura en las noches. Habitaciones sucias. Habían cucarachas y chinches. Sábanas y colchones viejos. Sábanas rotas. Baños segundo piso mal olor y sucio. Único baño femenino con temporizador de agua. Cocina sucia. Horno microondas sucio y con hongos. Entregué cama en la mañana pregunté si podía guardar maleta y dijeron que si, pero en la noche me querían cobrar por salir del hostal. Cobran si llegas antes del check in y quieres usar baños o cocina.

I didn't really check the reviews all that much and I regret that. Paid for 7 nights, but could only stand staying one. Since the moment I walked past the front balcony and saw many people smoking, and when I went into my room and saw a messy, heavy, smelly environment, I knew it was not a place for a regular traveler. The reception boy gave me a little bag with the bedsheets and pillowcase for me to make the bed, and when I was doing so, I saw some blood stains on the pillow. People all over the hostel were sick with some flu and everyone was constantly sniffling. It was such a hectic environment with a tv playing loudly, kitchen being dirty and messy, and people talking and walking all over the house up until midnight and later. Bathrooms were dirty, so I didn't even want to shower there early in the morning, when I decided to leave/scape. The day after I left, I started seeing small bites on many parts of my body, so I can almost guarantee that there are bedbugs there. I could only sleep for around one hour, when my tiredness beat me. I didn't want to fall asleep as I felt like someone could steal some of my belongings. As there was not a reimbursement possibility, I just decided to leave as early as possible. Don't fall for the cheap prize. I learned my lesson.
