Just the location. Everything else was pretty bad. The staff here were genuinely kind and helpful, and I appreciated being moved when there was a concern about possible bed bugs in my first room. Unfortunately, the second room had a very strong sewage odor from the bathroom drains, which made showering unpleasant. The bed sagged, the sheets were thin, and street noise on Friday night made it difficult to sleep. While the people working here were great, the property itself needs significant maintenance, improved hygiene, and new sheets.
