Hotel Alajuela Costa Rica Airport

Que en la habitación había chinches y cucarachas y justificaron diciendo que abajo había una farmacia y subían de ahí, pero como tal el hotel también es muy viejo.

Morning staff has horrible customer service, beds were dirty and seemed like they have bedbugs, no hot water,bathroom was also dirty and smelly, all night noisy with people being loud, I do have to say the guy who working the night shift was great, really helpful, good customer service, in the morning we needed a shuttle to the airport and we asked the front desk for help with our luggage and the girl didn't send help nor apologized, it seemed like she didn't care.
