TOP Center Hostel

Many thanks to Martin, Victor and the South American volunteers (Lali, Emilio). I felt at home for a few days here in Sofia 🤗 (Actually I'll extend 🙏😅). Not sure why this hostel is rated way beyond what it offers. I've taken the shot and in my own perspective: Hostel - in Sofia, literally that's the best! I've had roommates that mentioned bed bugs in BlaBla or Hostel Mostel ( I'm sorry if I don't remember exactly the spelling) and brought the bed bugs here. No judgement or disrespect but some of the ladies were stinky, super unhygienic (don't mind my standards, I'm OCDC), full with red spots on their skin... Part of the bad reviews don't reflect the reality really. I had a great time here, I love the team and what's beyond I believe it also depends on people. Rien Des punaises de lit dans la chambre, le lit en face du mien. Apparement la personne qui dort sur ce lit y séjourne dans l'auberge depuis un moment....Je ne suis pas restée et j'ai dû trouver un logement d'urgence à 23h ! J'ai pris les vidéos des punaises de lit qui se baladaient sur le lit. J'ai envoyé les vidéos à l'établissement et demandé un remboursement de la nuit qu'ils ont accepté et annoncé qu'il allait faire le nécessaire pour traiter la chambre... je n'ai pas compris le syustème de ladouche dans les toilettes ... L'accès à la cuisine se fait via des douches... c'était bien étrange

Before my stay, I had read a few comments saying that the place was dirty, but honestly, that was not my experience at all. Everything actually seemed quite clean and well taken care of. The new showers are very nice, modern, and comfortable to use. The beds were also unexpectedly comfortable, which made the stay much better than I expected. I also saw that whenever any issue was reported — including concerns about bedbugs or other problems — the staff reacted immediately and took care of it right away. From what I experienced, those problems have been resolved. The location is great, the staff are wonderful, and even the small concerns I had during my stay were handled quickly and kindly. The atmosphere is actually very pleasant and welcoming, and I would definitely come back next time!!! Overall, I had a really positive experience and would happily recommend the place. ❤ 🙂

location my bed is beside the windows and enjoy sun shines in the morning 1. The shower rooms with doors were shut down during my booking without agreement and reminding in advance. The alternative shower rooms are only equipped with curtains without doors to lock from inner side 2. My bed has bed bugs, i was not bitten only for the first night. 3. The laundry washing machines were shut down during my booking without agreement or reminding in advance. 4. I was informed the bed would be changed daily when welcoming, but actually no changes during my booking unless I change my bed myself
