Dirty, roaches bedbugs, wall falling apart, smoke smell in the room

Linen looked old and tired, cockroaches in room, bitten all over body during the night, suspect bed bugs

I would never stay here again for the following reasons: 1) the staff were very unhelpful to me 2) the place is run down, and the terrace area looks like a bomb has hit it 3) my bathroom area completely flooded every time I took a shower, rendering the tiles very slippery and dangerous. I almost slipped at least once and could have easily fallen onto the toilet or sink 4) this is probably the worst of all. After my one night stay I came out in dozens of bites which have been identified as bed bug bites. A week on from my stay there, I am still suffering with them. There is nowhere else that these bites could have occurred, as I stay long term in a private apartment in Phnom Phen and only booked in at this hotel for one night for the water festival. I have not had an issue with bites at my private apartment. I want to warn future travellers: my advice is to find somewhere else to stay. There are plenty of options locally. I can't vouch for them, but residence 110 is worth avoiding.

We suspected bed bugs in the room (stain on the sheet and dark specs on the mattress) so asked to change room. No sign of bed bugs in the second room but bed sheets didn’t look clean so got those changed. There were no pool towels and the lift was very slow.
