Nice Guesthouse

Nothing Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The location was not good, from the start the moment I arrived i was told I had to pay an extra $10 just to have hot water, which was never mentioned anywhere on the booking website. This felt completely dishonest and borderline fraudulent. The room itself was awful. It smelled bad, was clearly dirty, and the mattress had bed bugs underneath, which is absolutely unacceptable. Hygiene was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely pushy and demanding about the extra payment. When I refused to pay for something that should have been included, his attitude became nasty and not professional. Spend little extra for better service and manner. To be clear, the receptionist that works at night was kind and professional, the person who works in the morning was terrible.
