   Nothing. We.qere scammed. It wasn't even the same.place I booked and paid for. The tuk tuk drivers couldn't find the place so we rang e exception. The lady gave them the link to a completely different place where there were at least 20 Indian men sitting around the dirtiest septic swimming pool I have ever seen. She refused to give us our money back. I requested to talk to the manager. She said he was in Canada. I was there with my family after a long bus trip. We had to take emergency action, think safety first, get out of there and then try to find accom, later on this Sat evening. Booking.com is yet to assist us with the refund. As I said me and my family are disgusted. Also it was a Cambodian woman part of this scam

   an absolutely filthy place with dirty sheets A week before our arrival, we reserved a penthouse, paid for it all, and confirmed it on Booking. Then, on the morning of our arrival, we received a confirmation message from Booking. We confirmed everything and said we would be arriving. When we arrived a few hours later, reception said there had been some sudden problems with the bathroom in the penthouse. Therefore, they couldn't accommodate us in the room we'd already paid for. They offered us two other rooms instead, which were actually smaller than the penthouse. We went to see the rooms. They were absolutely filthy. The refrigerator was leaking somewhere, and it was absolutely filthy. It was disgusting to even sit in; it was very poorly cleaned. The air conditioning wasn't working well. When I returned to the reception to say that we were not satisfied with this and that we wanted our money back, the female employee who was at the reception at that moment started raising her voice at me, talking aggressively and saying that this was a normal price, that she would not return the money and that we should write to Booking.com. When I raised my voice and said she had no right to talk to me like that, that she should call the manager or someone I could talk to about the situation because I wasn't happy with it, the woman started yelling and throwing things at me. She jumped on the reception desk and tried to hit me. I pushed her away, after which a regular customer apparently attacked me. He hit me with a club and started twisting my arms. Meanwhile, the woman was throwing things at me, calling me names, and screaming like crazy. Naturally, I started recording it on video. They didn't try to snatch my phone from me; she screamed, "Smash her phone!" After I tried to contact management via Telegram, she started abusing me from her Telegram account. So I can assume she's the manager. I reported the situation to the website and customerservice.

   The location is in BKK1 and calm. We arrived and they brought us to a room that was not the one we booked (not the one in the pictures). When we asked if we could be refunded since false advertising, they refused, so we decided to shorten our stay there and to have a cleaner room upstairs for a night. The money surplus was not given back. Even with the superior studio, the stay was not good (old bed sheets, balcony lock broken). The staff focused on doing the bare minimum and prefer to chill in their room or by the pool.

   This hotel is a SCAM. We showed up and they tried to put us in a room under construction and then tried to move us to a random apartment. DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAM.

   Well, what I liked was the setup. The place is nice. It's a nice building and everything. Staff members assaulted and attacked my girlfriend for no good reason at all and led to me leaving early. This combined with putting me in the wrong room for the first night, when I paid for a much more expensive room, they put me in the smallest possible room. I never got a refund or any kind of compensation for that either. The fact staff assaulted my girlfriend over nothing on the last day, claiming that she was not a guest, saying she wasn't staying there; that was totally unacceptable.

   nothing The reviews on Booking.com are completely misleading. I wish we had checked Google reviews beforehand—they reflect the real experience. The place is nothing like the photos or description. It was dirty, with visible stains on the bed and no cover for the quilt. The room smelled bad and felt unclean overall. What’s worse, we were charged a $9 cleaning fee, which we didn’t even realize at the time of booking—and yet the place was far from clean. The whole experience felt scammy from the start. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
