The Only Positive: The only good thing about this place was the privacy and quietness inside the capsule when it was time to sleep. I had reserved the room for 7 nights, and it ended up being the worst stay of my entire life. Location: It is located right on the corner of Heroes Square, there are no shops or cafes around. While access to the bus was good, walking anywhere was a huge challenge because the hotel is surrounded by a highway. Facilities & Cleanliness: There was a bad smell everywhere, and the place was not clean at all. The toilets, especially, were awful. I had to stay out from morning until night because I hated using their bathrooms; every public toilet in the city was much cleaner. The showers were cleaner, but the water would back up after just 5 minutes of showering. Also, the charging outlet in my capsule didn't work, so I had to go upstairs every night to charge my phone. Staff & Vibe: The staff, except for one person, seemed angry and tired. To make things worse, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the capsule, and I got bitten badly. I don't even know if there were bedbugs too. Avoid this place!

There was one nice receptionist, who tried to be helpful. I thought I’ve seen a lot but this place is next level. Quiet hours are everything but quiet. Every day. Earplugs and noice cancelling didn’t help - that’s how loud they were. If you get the nice receptionist, he might try to do something about it, but what’s one person against 5 loud, drunk and aggressive guys? Toilets were super dirty. There were like 10 but most of them were locked and only 3 could be used - I guess to make their life easier for cleaning??? Anyways, neither of those 3 toilets were usable, they smelled, were dirty all over. I was honestly fearing every moment I would have to use it. During the stay, the place was flooded. Because of that, we had to change a capsule - the new one didn’t look really clean either. To top it all I probably got bitten by a bed bugs.
