Bug bites in the night while you sleep!!!! I was too freaked out to check under the bed, but fairly certain they got a good bedbug infestation goin' on!!!! Eeekkk! 😳😬😳 And unfortunately, they are a bit uneducated a out this major transient housing issue.. So I guess the bedbugs are there to stay and freely multiply and suck your blood and leave you with painful super itchy bites!!!!!!! Your staff's reaction to me voicing my concern gave me zero confidence you guys had any clue about anything, therefore the bad review. In fact, not only did they have an air of clueless, but were even pretty rude and callous to my concern.. (left a lasting impression on management's attitude towards your customers). It's easy to sound nice after the fact, but the proof is in how you treat customers daily. I'm very disappointed. Maybe the windows could use some screens or netting?

The rooftop terrace is the headline feature: it has a wide view over Tbilisi and gives the place an easy evening hangout spot. The location is central in Old Tbilisi, with major sights, cafés, and sulphur baths within walking distance. Rooms vary. Some are clean and comfortable enough, while others feel old, small, or worn, with thin mattresses, noisy beds, stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and weak sound insulation. Breakfast is usually simple, and the kitchen is available in the common area. Service is uneven, but not one-note: part of the team comes across as friendly and helpful, while other interactions can be blunt. Some arrivals find the hill approach steep, and the building also has practical quirks like limited bathrooms on some floors and occasional trouble with door locks, showers, or air conditioning.
