The Eclipse Boutique Suites

The apartment was big. Location is near the park and the seashore. BEDBUGS!!!!!! A lot of them. I was bitten more than 50 times overnight. The hotel administration proposed no compensation for this. It seems that administration knows about the problem but they don't want to waste money on proper disinsection of the hotel.

Overall was okay I just had an issue with the room I could not well sleep in the night due to bedbugs I had it all over the bed and I even requested the cleaning to double check the room Cleaning service

I like the spacious suites. Although some beds are comfortable and some beds are not. I like the location and the fact you have everything nearby/within a walking distance. The hypermarket is a 5mn walk. The cleaning is not up to standards. The items provided are old or broken. They don't throw and replace with news stuff. The cots are in very poor conditions as well as the towels they provide. The rooms are not very clean. The carpets are disgusting. But the worst part is that there was a bed bug infestation in our room. We stayed in there for 10 days and they only offered a 30% discount. This experience has ruined our trip as we had to do s lot if the cleaning ourselves and it was very stressful. We didn't trust then with our clothes given the poor standards of hygiene.

The location The room that I received was not clean as bed bugs attacked us and pinched me in the back of my neck and on my forearm. When they changed the room for us, it was not at the level I was in. Also, there were insects in the living room, we felt their bites in our hands. We do not know what happened to this hotel, as the level of cleanliness went down after that. The hotel was one of the best hotels I book in.. After my experience, I will not book it again.
