    The looks of the place I paid equal to 5 stars service, and i got the following: 1- hair everywhere in the room. 2- shower i need to hug the wall to be under water. 3- calling the reception doesn't call more than 10 times, no answer, or im not allowed, so if it is an emergency, it means rest in peace. 4- i reach my room around 6 pm , cleaning the other room above my room starts by that time which makes noise as hell "its suppose to be a resort" 5- no pen and paper 6- i was hearing the water moving in the pipes all the time That's all for two nights for just 1400AED Better call it an expensive motel

    The housekeeping staff were very helpful with issues such as the AC being too warm and bathroom leakage, and they fixed them immediately. When I checked in, the receptionist surprised me by saying that my booking was only for one standard room, even though I had fully paid for a three-bedroom accommodation. I was upset and asked her to check with the manager. After reviewing the reservation, the manager confirmed that the correct booking was for a three-bedroom unit. Although the pool was large, there were no food services available. The furniture was old and in need of renovation. Living room needs more lightening.
