Trotz der sehr unangenehmen Situation hat das Personal schnell reagiert und mir eine Rückerstattung versprochen. Leider gab es Bettwanzen in Raum 4. Mitten in der Nacht musste ich meine gesamten Sachen kontrollieren und säubern. Das war ziemlich eklig und ärgerlich.
