We found that the hygiene of the room was not sufficient. As a result, we inspected the pillows and mattresses ourselves. During this check, we noticed (old) traces of bedbugs. Although we couldn’t confirm whether they were still present, we did not want to take the risk — so we decided to leave. (July)

No wi-fi signal in the room. Most of room under the Bar so too loud until midnight. Air-conditioner is working but i can't change the temperature because remote not working and staff can't help at all. Many kind of bugs in the room including bedbugs. Electric shutdown every day and water don't come out many times.
