BAU Tulum

Absolutely awful. The dorms have BED BUGS. I checked three beds and all had bed bugs. The receptionist pretended he didn't understand when I explained about the bed bugs, even though I had photos. The female dorm is completely open like the rest of the dorms. The showers are disgustingly dirty and stink of damp. The toilets are out of the way with doors that are not completely sealed. The male night receptionist tried to nap in the female dorms, so weird. I wish I could give this hostel 0/10.

Si no fuera por las personas que atienden el lugar que son super amables dejaría un cero. Las camas del hostal tienen CHINCHES, encontramos más de cinco. El agua de la ducha y para lavarse los dientes no está limpia, es salada. Los baños huelen a humedad, la cortina de las camas se caía. Como dije al inicio si no fuera por la gente que atiende qué es un excelente equipo pondría cero, no puedo creer que en Tulum exista un hostal con Chinches, nos hemos quedado en muchos hostales y ninguno así.
