They are a fraudulent business, STAY AWAY

Scammers - checked in, found bed bugs and cockroaches in the room (see picture), no reception, was told I would be refunded fully. Booked another hotel, contacted Booking.com to explain this, property refused to refund me. Absolute scammers, which unfortunately work with Booking.com. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

The hostel was quiet peaceful. You could sleep without noise. Although I had an unpleasant experience due to the bed bugs on the bed, lower bunk. I have bed bugs bite all over my body and it has been terrible. The reception is closed on odd times but the staff is friendly.

To sum it up, it was just terrible from beginning to end, but let’s explain a bit more in detail: - when I got to the room, my blind was broken so I couldn’t put it up and down. - I ordered some food at the cafeteria (ham & cheese croissant to be precise) and it felt as if it had been prepared 2 days ago. The bread was chewy and the ham and cheese were dry. - there were cockroaches in the reception area - the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The showers were full of hairs on the drain - when I woke up in the morning I found a bedbug running down my leg. It was disgusting. They obviously have a problem at the hostel - given all the inconveniences I asked for the cancellation of my stay and a refund. Not only they didn’t cancel my stay nor refund me for the worst stay in my life. They charged me in full and didn’t even apologise for the shit treatment. - I filed a complaint and their response was that probably I had brought the bedbug myself. Funny enough my complaint wasn’t the first one. - I called booking on the spot to inform about the situation and while on the phone booking tried to reach out to them and told me they weren’t picking up the phone. There were 4 staff members there at that time. Nobody did anything to assist. Terrible. Just terrible.

Kakerlaken Befall in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern, in der letzten Nacht habe ich in meinem Koffer ein Bettwanzen Ei entdeckt und musste daher eigenständig das ganze Zimmer mit einem ganzen 750mL Permithrin Spray säubern und habe dank diesem Hostel eine Ausbildung zum Kammerjäger erlernt. Unglaublich Außerdem war die Bettwäsche und Kissenbezug schmutzig, leider kann ich keine weiteren Bilder hinzufügen sonst könnte ich die ebenfalls zeigen

I arrived without bedbug bites... I left with bedbug bites. The bed itself I think was clean, the pillow was the issue - as the bites were across my neck.
