Haus Wartenberg

We booked two rooms.Upon arrival we found that hotel was dirty and had bedbugs. We immedialiately cancelled the hotel. Please refund the money paid

It was an interesting place, very unique, great location and friendly staff. It was overall clean We were concerned about some reviews regarding bed bugs and dirt, it's not the cleanest, but my kid ran without socks everywhere and his feet were spotless, so maybe it just looks dirty because of the old style and amount of furniture? Idk, we didnt have any problems
