Luna's House Hostel

lovely hostel with great staff, the only problem was the bed i was staying in had bed bugs and I notified them twice and both times they did nothing and expected me to sleep in the bed another night without anything being done to remove the problem. Overall lovely hostel they just need to understand that bed bugs are a big problem and need to be fixed straight away

Nice hostel... But bedbugs were a massive issue with our stay. Staff either didn't believe us or just didn't want to help, told us we had to sleep through them and they'll sort it out the next day. When we told them we were checking out and moving to another hostel because of bed bugs they didn't seem to put any effort into sorting the bed for the next guest. All in all though would definitely stay here again if they took the issue more seriously because it was really nice and there was a good vibe. But don't go here if you are paranoid about that sort of thing.

I can't understand why the hostel got all the good reviews. It is quite run down, rooms are dark and the worst is I got bedbugs from room 101. There was loud and in my opinion horrible music every night until 12pm. S**** when you want an early night's rest because you get up early every morning. That to be said when I told them about the bedbug problem I got a discount and they genuinely cared. I hope they really do something about it. Also a plus: the breakfast was good.
