Nice setup and kitchen facilities. Good location. I am very concerned this unit has bed bugs. I contacted the property about it but they never responded.

Welcoming staff I stayed here Sunday 23 August- 27 August. I had bedbugs in my room and was covered in bites. Due to appalling miscommunication between staff I was not offered a refund until 27 August. I am yet to receive a refund (758.16) or any compensation. We are now 11 days later and I am furious 😡. I have held off writing a review until now.

Arrived at the hotel and was told that my room was not available due to the room having bed bugs. The receptionist was not helpful at all, just that I would hear from booking.com to arrange another hotel as they were full. The total lack of care from the receptionist was a bit surprising, but luckily i found a much nicer hotel.
