Hostal Estrella de Agua

At first, I liked the friendly atmosphere and staff at this hostel. However, my experience was ruined by a serious issue. The day after I checked out, I developed severe itching and painful bites all over my body. It seems that bed bugs bit me badly, making it almost impossible for me to sleep at night and causing serious problems during my trip. I do not recommend this place at all! I hope the management takes this issue seriously and fixes it immediately.

Yeah… no! Bed bugs, loud people and music after 10 PM, disgusting bedding and sheets…

BEDBUGS- STAY AWAY <br/>We had booked a room for one night in this hostel but ultimately decided not to stay there after finding out our bedsheets were infected by bedbugs. When we told the staff about it, they started arguing we were making things up and refused to pay us back. They wouldn’t let us discuss this matter with the manager either.<br/>If you’re looking for a clean hostel, don’t go there - there are so many better options in Salento!
