The location and natural surroundings were pleasant, and the staff we interacted with were polite and professional. All members of our family experienced repeated bites after sleeping in the room. The bites occurred over consecutive nights and followed a pattern consistent with bed bugs. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and made the stay uncomfortable.
