I stayed 2 nights here, the first morning I woke up with bites on my elbow and I asked for the staff to move beds. They said they don’t have any bed bugs and it must have been something outside. I decided sure whatever, I wake up the next morning at 1am to a random notification on my phone, and a little s*** crawls across my pillow. Yeah there were bed bugs

We booked the hotel for two nights based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, we had to leave the next day because we had bed bugs. The room was generally dirty, and the guests were very loud. No refund for the one night. I don't understand the good reviews at all. By the way, it was Room Number 308

Cant take food to your room at all, bed bugs we where bitten to death

La relación calidad - precio no es buena. Es caro para lo que ofrece, sobre todo considerando los precios promedio de este tipo de alojamientos en camboya. Por otro lado, el personal de la recepción, no está dispuesto a ayudar, tampoco a informar a los huespedes que quieren realizar trayectos o actividades por cuenta propia, solo se reservan a venderte servicios turísticos. Por ejemplo, si quieres ir al aeropuerto y no lo haces a través de sus medios, te dicen que no cuentan con esa información. Tienen la regla absurda (aunque esto es común en Camboya) de no permitir alimentos o bebidas de establecimientos externos. Perdón pero es un alojamiento, no puedes prohibir a los huespedes consumir alimentos o bebidas aunque tengas restaurante! Si quieres prohibir eso, cierra el alojamiento y abre solo el restaurante! Las camas tienen cortinas solo a la mitad de la cama. Si hay 50% de privacidad, también debería haber un 50% de descuento. Finalmente, el último momento previo a hacer el check out, vi una chinche en mi cama. The price-quality ratio is not good. It is expensive for the average in Cambodia. The staff does not help guests who want to do activities or travel on their own, their only interest is selling. There were bedbugs in the room.
