We had bed bugs, staff did move us to another bed when we reported it, however our second bed also showed signs of a bed bug infestation, with droppings and eggs in the corners of the mattress. We asked for any kind of compensation but they said they couldn’t provide this. We left feeling a bit disappointed as we enjoyed our stay otherwise, great location and staff very friendly. Restaurant across the street was good too for smoothies and coffees, and the discount is great.

We stayed in room A301 for three nights. The location is very central, which is convenient, but there is loud music from a nearby bar until around 1am each night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. The room itself was simple but had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was very average, they got our order wrong 2 out of the 3 breakfasts we had there. Unfortunately, I was bitten by bed bugs during our stay, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. All in all, not worth the 80€ per night we paid.

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything went well until we found bed bugs in our bed. The staff proposed to steam our belongings, we were OK with it but what's the point of doing this if the whole hostel is infected? They should have had steamed ALL the beds. Anyway they changed our dorm for the one right in front of it... When we asked several times if we could have a financial compensation for this usafe and unsanitary "incident" they pretended not to understand and simply said that this happens often (notably 10 days ago) as there are hundreds of people sleeping there... is it supposed to be reassuring? + the bathrooms are not clean either (and their very old hairdryer almost electrocuted me). VERYYY expensive for the service and facilities
