Property has bed bugs, wasn’t very clean, mould on curtains also. Is in a not so good area of Lisbon. Didn’t feel safe as 2 females, the staff were rude, had to book other accomodation last minute late at night because of the bed bugs. Is also right next to a metro so very loud

The staff is amazing, super polite, 10 out of 10, we had a birthday and they gave us a piece of cake as a gift, besides you can arrange to leave your bags after check-out (free of charge). Good location, metro 1 minute walk. There were bed bugs in the room that had bit my body, now I am being treated for the bites. Be careful with this, after which the whole body itches and blisters appear. You can see my hand and imagine what my body looks like after one night there. Photo i added below

very helpful staff, both the hosts were very kind i woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. i am still recovering even though it’s been almost 2 weeks.
