Book a Bed Poshtel

BED BUGS ON MY BED!! Easily the worst hostel I’ve stayed in after discovering a bed bug in my bed. I should have realised after another girl in my dorm was itching - I had told the staff and their solution was to move me to a similar room and then have have me move back to the same bed the next night!! Only after checking out early did they offer me a night in a hotel with a private room and en-suite however this rooms bathroom was infested with drain flies.

0 étoile !!!!!! Insalubre, punaise de lit !!!! Quelle honte le personnel n’a même pas voulu nous rembourser et nous croyez pas🤣 Fuyez, la taille de la douche est tellement petite c’est 1m2 !! Heureusement que l’on a été surclassée j’imagine même pas la chambre que l’on avait de base !! On a pas dormi ici du coup, passez votre route !

Sur Booking, l’hotel est indiqué 3 étoiles, en réalité c’est un hostel a 2 etoiles. La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre ce qui n’était pas indiqué lors de notre réservation et elle sentait l’humidité. Lorsque nous avons fait part de notre surprise a la réception, le personnel était moyennement a l’écoute. Presence de taches sur les draps et de traces noires sur le matelas ( moisissure ou punaises de ou punaises de lit on ne sait pas). Je pense que c’est convenable pour quelqu’un qui a un petit budget mais nous aurions aimé savoir que la chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre.

AVOID “Poshtel” my hole. BED BUGS in room. Absolutely disgraceful. A colony. I am petro now. When informed, staff awkwardly shrugged took a picture and moved us to a new room (no aircon). shocking. Sheets had stains and were ripped also. Like a monkey had been on them. We had to sleep outside as we were terrified of the critters. Instead we got bitten by ants and mosquitoes. A safety hazard. I can’t believe this. What has the world come to. SO IRRESPONSIBLE. I can see on reviews this is not the first time this has happened. How is this legal? We had to wash all of our belongings instantly and through out our pajamas (those were my favourite pair) we had to PAY to do our washing… at 4am. I’m just so dissapointed. Do better. (Staff were sound enough aside from that).

Bed bugs, dirty unkept pool, not very chill common area, hard mattress. Not the friendliest service. Kids taking over the place.
