Hanoi Golden Hostel

March 2026 BED BUGS we checked the beds as we always do and immediately saw a bed bug, we left straight away and told the person at reception, I told him the room needed fumigating but I’m not sure how serious he realises this is, he also did not give me a refund but I was too busy trying to find somewhere else to stay at 11:30pm that I didn’t care The room its self was also tiny and crampt with no ventilation, the bed sheets were dirty, it felt dirty to be honest. The reviews this place has do NOT reflect how disgusting the hostel is, I am genuinely confused how this has 5 star glowing reviews about cleanliness, I wouldn’t let a dog sleep here.
