I got bitten by a dozen bed bugs in a private room, the bed was infested like I have never experienced it before. Probably our last time in a hostel.

We found bedbugs in our bed my friend is all read and all itchy the staff won’t let us talk the manager and they don’t want to give us a refund and they said if we don’t let it go away they will just easily cancel our reservation. We need some help please someone needs to contact us.
