Présence de punaises de lit et d'insectes divers. Pas de chance ou manque d'entretien ?

Middle of March 2926: I got a room with bedbugs and got bitten all over, at least 20 bites. The staff was trying it's best and I could switch to the main hostel, Rancho Grande, and have all my clothes washed. Hopefully they have taken care of the problem as it was a horrible experience.

Malheureusement j’ai eu des punaises de lit (et je n’ai pas été la seule chambre). Je peux dire en revanche que le personnel a été fantastique pour gérer la situation.

Lots of bed bugs which seem to be an ongoing issue in this hotel. They did refund me for my staff after getting bitten by bed bugs.

There were bedbugs in several rooms. It should be treated with more attention.

we had bed bugs in our bed, when brought to the attention of the owners they provided us with a private room at the partner hostel next door. Disappointed i was not told by the hostel staff there were bed bugs in the room as I had to find out by the guest I was sharing a room with who had complained that morning.

This hostel could be great, its cosy, good kitchen etc. But it has a significant bed bug problem. I was left to sleep in a room where others had moved out earlier in the day due to bed bugs and the staff didnt notify me and i was badly bitten. I was moved to another room the next night that had the same problem and had to get up at 2am and sleep in the common area. I got my money back for my stay but this hostel should not be taking bookings until this issue is resolved.

La habitación no estaba limpia: había pelos en las camas, suciedad en el suelo y una sensación general de mala higiene. El personal fue maleducado y poco profesional: no saludan, no te miran cuando entras o sales, ninguna atención al cliente. El precio es absolutamente desproporcionado respecto a la calidad que ofrecen. Lo más grave: después de dormir allí he tenido numerosas picaduras compatibles con chinches. Es inaceptable pagar un precio alto por una estructura que presenta este tipo de problema.

La camera non era pulita: c’erano capelli nei letti, sporco sul pavimento e una sensazione generale di scarsa igiene. Il personale è stato scortese e poco professionale: non salutano, non guardano nemmeno in faccia quando entri o esci, nessuna attenzione al cliente. Il prezzo è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta. La cosa più grave: ho riportato numerose punture compatibili con cimici da letto dopo aver dormito lì. È inaccettabile pagare una cifra alta per una struttura che presenta questo tipo di problema.

any review above 1 star is lying. my partner got bitten by bedbugs, so did someone else in our room. someone in our mixed dorm checked out & left the bed super stinky… the cleaning crew simply changed the flat and fitted sheets and kept the SAME comforter over the bed. yuck. lots of flies everywhere. only good thing is closeness to trails - which every other place has.

Bed bugs. Plus I was somewhat concerned in how routinely the receptionist handled my complaint.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Nach der 2. Nacht sind uns juckende Stellen auf unseren Körpern aufgefallen. Nach Inspektion der Betten war klar, dass es sich um Bettwanzen handelte. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns zunächst angeboten unsere Kleidung zu waschen und unsere Matratzen auszuwechseln. Da die Bettwanzen allerdings im gesamten Bettrahmen verteilt waren wollten wir ein neues Zimmer, welches wir dann auch bekamen. Zudem wurde wie angekündigt unsere Kleidung gewaschen (bei wieviel Grad allerdings unklar) und uns wurde ohne Nachfrage das Geld für eine Nacht rückerstattet. Zudem sind die Matratzen der Unterkunft extrem unbequem.

BED BUGS

One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, small rooms. Shower ran out of hot water a couple times, not much space to put towels and nowhere in shower for shampoo/soap. A couple people complained of bed bugs, one girl showed us a video of them crawling on her pillow. Our room was thankfully clean and didn’t get any bites.

Bed bugs which was AWFUL. When I arrived I heard other guest in my room complain but I gave the benefit of doubt. The staff continued placing guest in room including myself and soon found out (as well as other room mates) that it was in fact true. This is a clear disregard to guest and their well-being. Unfortunately I cannot upload video.

Great location and fantastic restaurant next door. The lounge is cozy and has a good vibe. Shows have great water pressure but did run out of hot water. But definitely not the best hostel in Argentina as some reviews say. Cons- bed is very saggy and uncomfortable Kitchen is small and can be quite crowded Showers have no hooks to hang anything, ran out of hot water WiFi often slow and can have poor signal in room Possible bed bugs? Our room was fine but met a few people at the hostel who said they got bad bed bugs here.
