BeFree Hostel

Bed bugs, but luckily the sheets on other beds were effective. The hostel was alright and the cleaners were good. The room was cosy, and we enjoyed the chance to meet quite a range of wildlife from ants to spiders. The location was interesting but we had Lidl nearby so a big thumbs up from us as the bakery was absolutely splendid.

The location is near to metro and tram The were bedbugs in my bed, irritated me a lot, I couldn't sleep for the 3 days I was there. I had to spend most of the nights in the kitchen area. I went to the reception which is just 2 minutes away to complain and one of the ladies at the reception (big body with blonde white hair) was very rude. They gave me two options I.e. to leave or stay, and if I leave my refund wouldn't be effected immediately until the following day

Poco No estuvimos en befree hostel debido a un cierre y nos derivaron al hotel “do step in”, nos recibieron bastante bien para lo que nos esperaba, la habitación no estaba mal pero se oía muchísimo ruido por la avenida que nos hizo imposible dormir, esa mañana fuimos a la recepción y tras una pequeña discusión nos cambiaron de habitación, de mal a peor, la nueva habitación estaba llena de polvo y de bichos( chinches, arañas o a saber..), tenemos picaduras hasta las cejas (adjunto imágenes). El hotel tenía una zona de cocina/comedor en la que se compartía un frigorífico para cientos de habitaciones, la sala tenía acceso a la calle y a pesar de que nos dijeron que sólo tenían acceso los huéspedes la sala estaba siempre llena de gente muy rara. SORPRESAAA, nos robaron la comida y en recepción no se hicieron responsables de nada y a pesar de tener cámaras no las revisaron porque estraba to dios. El personal muy desagradable y nada empatico con el cliente. Sin duda si vuelvo es para denunciarlos
