C’est un bon compromis entre hostel et hôtel. Il y a quand même une piscine, un bon restaurant et des équipements dans les salles de bain pour un hostel. Cependant j’ai trouvé une punaise de lit dans le dortoir (pas dans le lit) et les douches des dortoirs ne sont pas propres et manque d’intimité dans les douches. Pour le reste : personnel, emplacement, restaurant, sécurité : rien à dire

Avoid this place! I caught bedbugs there The staff were really friendly, no complaints there But the bathrooms aren’t very clean, and there’s a lot of damp everywhere Great location in town!

J’ai remarqué une punaise de lit dans mon lit, j’ai indiqué ça au personnel qui m’ont changé directement de chambre !

It was good. Quite clean and helpful, nice staff. The restaurant is not that good and when I checked in both my sheets and pillow was dirty. They quickly changed it when I told then though. My friend had bed bugs but had the staff let him switch to another room without problem.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was okay. Staff were not overly friendly. Location was very central (albeit it made it very noisy). Rooftop bar and pool were nice. The main things that were great were the bedbugs and the fact that the dorm we stayed at wasn’t actually in the main building, but across the road. This wasn’t put in the description on Hostelworld.

WARNING BED BUGS HERE! Me and a friend checked it after a very long travel day and were looking to get a few hours sleep before we had to leave again at 6am. However this was not possible as we found a bed bug. The staff were very helpful and gave us a refund as well as moving rooms but it left us very unsettled and meant we got no sleep at all.

Not the worst place overall because the staff is really nice and they have a great view with a pool and a restaurant but the annex building originally put me in had bed bugs!!! I was refunded for that night and then they moved me to the main building which was actually clean but then the air con kept breaking. I personally didn't like the location because it's right in the middle of Riverside so it's expensive for all the nearby restaurants leaving the street food is overpriced. Hookers all over

Got bitten by a lot of bed bugs!!!

Un lieu à fuir ! n’y allez pas si vous ne voulez pas revenir infesté.e de PUCES DE LIT et si vous voulez dormir : très mauvaise isolation extérieure alors que les fenêtre donnent sur un boulevard (pour info au Cambodge l’activité commence avec le lever du soleil, donc à 6h, tout le monde debout) + les vielles portes en bois des chambres claquent et cela résonne dans la chambre quand vos voisins vont et viennent. Immeuble vétuste, mal foutu avec de longs couloirs étroits, sombres, peu de lumière. Pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble annexe, et les escaliers sont raides. D’ailleurs pas de rambarde des 2 côtés des escaliers, à croire que la direction attend l’accident … Les douches sont glauquissimes, on a l’impression de se laver dans le fond d’un parking à peine éclairé. Pour avoir une serviette il faut payer une caution de 5 $, idem pour la clef de la chambre. La clim est ma réglée donc soit vous avez horriblement froid soit trop chaud (on ne peut pas régler l’AC soi-même, il faut demander à la réception qui vient sur place s’en occuper, sans trop savoir comment faire parfois)… Piscine où personne ne va tellement elle ne fait pas envie. Petits déjeuners chers et pas copieux. C’est le pire qu’on ait pris au Cambodge. Points positifs : d’abord le personnel qui est aux petits soins ; l’emplacement ; la terrasse du bar et sa vue au 4ème. Mais ça ne compense pas les nuits sans pouvoir dormir ni et surtout les punaises de lit !

! BE AWARE BEDBUGS ! My friend and I were staying at this onederz because we previously went to the one in Siem rep. But after one night, we all notice multiple bugs bites on our body and it was right before we take our flight back home so we are sure it was in this hostel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THERE.
