Close to venue Had Bed Bugs. Woke up with bites all over me. Staff member offered me a $2 fan for compensation 😠

Room met my needs as somewhere to stay when in town for a concert - simple walk to station, room had everything I needed for a one night stay. Got covered in lots of super itchy bites on my arms and I (and nurse) highly suspect bed bugs - so check your mattress first if you stay, especially if you stay in Room 16. I have messaged management to let them know but not yet had a response. I also emailed the motel three times before I stayed and got no responses to my email requests, despite it being email advertised on their website. Not enough parking spots for all the rooms. I booked two rooms and got the last one park at 3pm. Note they offer a gift for a Google review when you stay, so take the Google review with a grain of salt. I otherwise would have happily stayed again if just needing a bed for the night, which is why I have still given it some rating despite the bites.

Nothing as such I think the there were bed bugs as I was very itchy the first night and could not sleep properly. Next day I asked the staff to change the sheets hoping it might fix the issue but it didn’t really help. I moved out early not staying the extra night I paid for as I didn’t want to risk it. The room was relatively small ( as seen in the pictures) and I could hear the traffic from the road on my room. Overall. It happy with the properly and won’t not recommend anyone.
