    ***BED BUGS*** Found a bed bug on my bed and immediately requested a full refund on my stay but was rudely denied after they laughed at me, said “it’s just a bug”. Throughout my stay: - customer service was poor, RARELY any service at the front desk - owner/manager is incredibly rude if you get the chance to speak to her on the phone - washrooms are incredibly humid with no ventilation -water pressure in the shower is terrible - toilet paper was outside the toilet stall which was incredibly inconvenient Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere
