We were on the 3rd floor with no lift. When we arrived we saw some stains on the bed, we checked for bed bugs but just found more stains like dead flys, hairs etc on the bedsheets. We could not open the window but had a fan. We couldn't keep fan on all night so we were too hot all the time. We even opened our door so the air from the hallway would cool our room even though other guests could see in. The walls are very thin and you can hear other guests in their rooms and hall. There was no chair in the room. There was a fridge that was very loud but appreciated it for keeping drinks cold. The shower was the worst. It was clearly blocked and water would not drain so you were standing in a puddle and water overflowed onto the ground so showering was awful. The shower head was also broken as it was constantly dripping all day and night even though it was off. Even though we could not open our windows a huge spider was in the bathroom- how it got in I do not know. There was also a dead wasp in our room again I do not know how it got in. The WiFi was spotty too perhaps because we were on the 3rd floor. All the staff we dealt with were very nice.

The lighting was also quite poor. There was 5 light switches in the room and only 1 worked. The WiFi often dropped maybe because we were on the 3rd floor.
