Our room had a bedbugs infestation and I got bitten all over my neck and face. I reached out to the Hostel and was told they would investigate the matter and update me. I never heard from them again and all attempts to reach out were ignored. I am beyond disappointed.

Horroroso. Encontramos chinches en la habitación y no pudieron darnos ninguna solución porque habían alquilado la habitación de emergencia. Dormimos en el sofá. El agua de la ducha no se puede regular, hay humedades por todas partes. El ruido se hace insoportable por las noches. Todo tiembla. Nada recomendable
