The rooms were well-fitted & genrally clean. Breakfast options were really food, with some local highlights included. My personal favourite was the pepered mackeral. The complimentary breakfast had some variety each day, with basic offerings consistent. Overall, the hospitality staff & manager were friendly & helpful - including making barista made coffee upon request. General Manager & night staff were stand outs in offering support and reasonably swift action in changing some of our rooms when the initial ones required maintanance attention. Upon arrival, not every room had the small inclusions available - filtered water bottle, shower gel, soap, shampoo - but once we had notified housekeeping about this, they quickly delivered the missing items. There was also inconsitent side table availability across our rooms, next to each side of the bed. Unfortunately, 2 of our original 4 rooms were found to have bed bugs - headboard area - which we had to sleep in for the first night. We were moved for our 2nd to 4th nights stay, without further issues. Prompt action in dealing with the bug issue was taken on the affected floor. No arm chair nor desk chair available in room for alternative to sitting on bed - one poof only.
