I was worry before I check in since some bad reviews, I have new sheets, no bed bugs . This is very good . Good value . Thanks

Todo muy sucio, cama, sábanas, el baño, he cogido chinches, me despertó un señor tocándome la cara, no repetiré nunca.

Todo estuvo bien ..solo q cuando me fui me empecé a sentir picazón en el cuerpo...me parece q hay chinches deberían fumigar ..y si lo hicieron tendrían q volver a hacerlo porque debe haber en las camas ..una lastima porque la habitación estaba limpia

Quiza deberian hacer caso a los comentarios sobre las chinches y el olor en vez de ningunear a sus clientes por internet.

Lugar paupérrimo. Hemos estado un grupo de amigos 2 noches, y han sido las dos peores noches de nuestras vidas. Nada más entras a la habitación te das cuenta de que tu estancia será lo más parecido a estar en prisión, sinceramente, hubiera preferido pasar la noche en el calabozo que está en frente (por lo menos no contaría con la compañía de las cucharachas y los chinches). Las condiciones higiénicas son lamentables, las sábanas manchadas, llena de pelos, donde tuve que poner una toalla y mi chaqueta, ya que no tuve la valentía suficiente para apoyar tanto el cuerpo como la cabeza. De la ducha ni hablo, nos quisimos duchar, pero consideramos que estariamos más limpios sin pasar por esa cloaca. Además, el olor y la ventilación fueron insoportables, te prometen aire condicionado (el cuál funciona fatal) y ventilación (a través de una ventana que da hacia adentro del hostal, insólito). En resumen, es un lugar al que no volveríamos nunca, sabíamos que no íbamos a un hotel 5 estrellas, pero nunca nos esperamos encontrar unas condiciones tan infrahumanas. Solo recomendaría este sitio en el caso de que no tengas dinero, o que no te importe dormir y ser tratado como una rata.

When I've left the hotel I had bed bugs marsk on my body, the hostel was smelly, the bed and the bedsheets that were given to us for the first time were smelling and dirty. Matresses have bed bugs marks, many of my friends had to change hostels due to the conditions here. Tourist trap. The problems about the cleanliness of the place were told to the reception but not much was done about it. Don't go there. Avoid at any cost.

¡Chinches! Había muchos, se arrastraban por las camas y las paredes. No podía dejar mis cosas en la habitación y quedarme allí. Estaba muy cansada porque me obligaron a dormir en la cocina, en un banco duro e incómodo. Ahora me preocupa si mis cosas están infestadas de chinches. Esto es insoportable y repugnante: estos son los sentimientos que experimenté en este albergue.

Muchas chinches, lamentablemente. En mi caso me fui muy picada, una pena.

Estuvimos alojadas en una habitación para 4 personas, sin ninguna ventilación ya que la única ventana daba directamente a la recepción y no podíamos abrirla ya que los de fuera podían entrar perfectamente por “la ventana”. Las taquillas no tenían candado asi que decidimos comprarle un candado al señor de recepción el cual nos dijo que si nos conocíamos no hacía falta porque nadie iba a entrar a nuestra habitación, solo nosotras y el. Literalmente se lo tomó al pie de la letra, ya que cuando llegamos por la noche entraron a nuestra habitación y se llevaron una alargadera donde las 4 cargábamos el móvil (había 3 enchufes en la habitación). Al día siguiente, le dijimos a la chica lo sucedido y simplemente, nos dijo que miraría las cámaras y no nos dio ninguna solución más. También hay que recalcar el olor a humedad de la habitación y el baño, llegabas y estaban las sábanas hasta mojadas, sin hablar del olor de la ropa… Ha sido una malísima experiencia después de todo. La joya de la corona han sido las picaduras de chinches para no olvidar nunca esta experiencia. En conclusión, la próxima vez eligiremos dormir debajo de un puente y darnos una ducha en el Guadalquivir, nos quedaremos con mejor experiencia que la que hemos vivido.

Nous ne nous attendions pas à grand chose vu le prix du logement, c’est ok pour une nuit ou deux mais ce n’est pas très propre et nous nous sommes rendu compte qu’il y avait des punaises de lit sur nos draps, honnêtement je ne suis pas sûr qu’il lavent les draps. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Hay chinches, me han picado. Presenta muy mal olor la habitación y el baño. El baño en muy mal estado y aseo.

La falta de limpieza y en mi cama encontré CHINCHES que me picaron, mientras dormía, y en consecuencia necesite medicamentos para aliviar el picazón, fue muy desagradable y trsumatico

Una pocilga, compartiendo habitación con un indigente El lavabo estaba descolgado con un cubo 🪣 de agua en el desagüe. Ducha sin sumidero La salida de la terraza están todas las tablas rotas y desclavadas Nos han comido los mosquitos, chinches o cualquier otro bicho 🪲 Estoy acostumbrado a dormir en refugios de montaña y albergues con habitaciones de hasta 30 personas y jamás me he encontrado a alguien que contamine la habitación con su mal basura y mal olor. Por no hablar de la falta de educación a la hora de poner el móvil con videos a las 2:30 am. ambos días de estancia

Une honte d'avoir un établissement aussi insalubre. Les draps ne sont pas propres C'est infecté de punaises de lit Le nétoyage n'y est pas fait et la propreté est inexistante Le réceptionniste est malhonnête et complétement bizarre Regardez mes photos ca vaut le détour C'est une honte d'avoir un établissement aussi insalubre surtout dans cette belle ville qui est seville. Attention vous courez un danger pour votre santé Je ne suis même pas resté une seule nuit

The beds were infested with bed bugs (04/2024). There have also been Ants in the kitchen - probably because it hadn't been cleaned for at least a couple of days by the time I arrived. The sink was clogged and the shower was dripping so badly that the bathroom floor was constantly wet. I've brought this to the attention of the staff but they didn't really care about it. Community life was basically non existent and the overall mood was understandably bad. Please avoid staying here if you can!

Everything was going well for the cheap price I had paid: shower ok, bed ok, cleaness ok, service ok, kitchen ok, location ok.. But then on my last day I woke up in the night and found...BED BUGS crawling in the room wall... It might not be hostel's fault as travelers can bring them but this just ruined my stay completely :( Will not be coming back. If you stay there be careful. Otherwise, everything was ok.

Found bugs in the bed, and the spaces were worn down, all functuonal but the place needs a renovation. The rooftop terrace was a huge dusappointment as it was trash and looked like a dumpster.

I had a terrible experience here for different reasons. First, the receptionist didn't let me in because I had a bicycle. It was nowhere indicated on their website that they don't accept bikes, they tried to make a loophole around this by saying that it is indicated that no parking is available, and this somehow also applies to bicycles as well. The receptionist was very rude, did not want to try at all to find at least an alternative solution or help me, even after he himself acknowledged that my bike would not cause any inconvenience to anybody (the hostel had wide corridors and open spaces where my bike would have fit perfectly for at least one night, while we find a solution). They didn't want to cancel my booking either, making sure that there is no way I can get my money back (I paid beforehand). After arguing for a bit, he closed the door on me. He literally would allow me to freeze on the winter streets at night because I had a bike, even though I paid for the hostel. I have visited 23 countries in Europe and stayed in countless hostels, but never in my life have I experienced such inhospitality and carelessness for a traveler. The situation was eventually solved with the help of the local police and a much more friendly different hostel, which allowed me to store my bike there. Needless to say, the situation was extremely stressful. Trying to stay objective, the hostel itself is bad, but I've seen worse. There is mold on the ceilings, small but noticeable blood stains on the sheets (typical for bed bug infested places by the way), dirty toilets, no towel, and the entire place smelled like hell. The air conditioner was the only heating available but it was barely working, it was 2 degrees outside, so it was quite cold inside as well. The kitchen was spacious and refurnished, no problems with that. I would not recommend this hostel to anybody, you have way better options for a couple more euros, it is well worth it, trust me.

My experience was good. in general i used this hostel to stay for two nights, the first night was horrible: Couldn't sleep because of the smell and lack of ventilation in the room. The staff was friendly and let me change the room, but still i had another bad experience the next night. I think they have bed bugs or another insect because my hole body got bitten by something. I had two big buttons on my forhead... The lack of sunlight and ventilation are very obvious in this hostel. Yeah the staff are friend

I have been traveling Europe for 2 months. I have not come across something as disgusting and this place during this time. If you can spend few more Euros in something else do it, trust me you don't want to stay in this place. Worse hostel ever. Bed bugs, dirty and smelly rooms, facilities are horrible. Showers the worse my eyes have ever seen. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Alojamiento e aseos sujos con percevejos en la cama

I stayed in Room #1 and slept on the bottom bunk. On the last day we saw a bed bug and a couple days later my whole body was covered in bites and welts from the bed bugs. My niece had none because she slept on the top bunk. The bathroom also had mushrooms growing in the corner. So I wondered how often they clean. The AC was also broke, so it got very hot and stuffy in the room, since there are no windows to fresh air.

Tbh, it was a nightmare! If you’re planning to stay here please you can find a much better hostel than this one! I was bitten by the bed bugs in my face and body and it gives me trauma and distress. I payed for two nights but I only used one night coz I coudn’t sleep one more night in that hostel. I emailed them and asking to refund the night that I didn’t use because of the bed bugs but sadly they didn’t respond. I visit seville for the firstime but it turned out to be a horrible nightmare. :(

The worst rental experience ever!!! Please DO NOT GO THERE!!! The bedding was weightless, damp, we found a bed bug under the pillow. The whole environment of the hotel is terrible, like some weightless garage. Unpleasant host. We did not stay in this hostel, we have already filed a complaint with booking.

This is the worst hostel I have ever seen. Completely uninhabitable. I ended up leaving that night. I booked a room with A/C but the machine was broken. Whilst it could be turned on, it sounded like a motorbike engine in the room which was like an oven making it impossible to sleep. The room also STANK of feet amongst other smells and the sheets were quite dirty The final straw was seeing the place was also INFESTED with bedbugs everywhere. I wanted to change room but there was no staff member on site. I called the emergency contact numbers multiple times and nobody answered. I left immediately and found another place to stay. I have been trying to email the property to request a refund but they are ignoring me. I have also mailed booking.com asking for the same and they are alap not replying.

I stayed 1 night and caught bedbugs. Ive had bedbugs before so know the signs, I didnt realise until i was in transit home flying via seville airport the day I checked-out. 3 of my friends also stayed in the hostel the same evening, 1 in the same room as me. all reported bedbug bites after returning home, none before. I have photos of the bites and they are not pretty! My friend also got a video of the bugs in his room - the one he spotted was fairly mature so I believe this is an issue that has been ongoing for at least a week. 2 of my friends stayed on the ground floor and I stayed on the 3rd floor - bedbugs present on both floors. I wrote to the management via the booking.com messenger app to tell them about this and they assured me they do periodic cleaning/bug extermination. Well - please take note of the date of my review and steer clear of this accommodation for at least a week, assuming the management are going to deal with this issue now/this week. In addition to this the AC in room 6 is extremely noisy when running, my friend likened it to drum and bass, he's not wrong xD I messaged the management and they assured me that they are looking in to this issue. If you are planning to book at this hostel please take note of the above and make your own decision - if it is clear that neither issue has been dealt with then avoid staying here. Other than these issues I had no negative feedback to give - the above issues are very significant and I sense that they have been issues for a while. I hope this feedback helps inform anyone researching places to stay in Seville now and also for the SYW management.

This place has bed bugs. Me and my friend were staying in different rooms and we both got bitten. The employee didn't seem to care and wouldn't give us a refund. Don't stay here unless you want to get bitten!

Il y a des cafards dans la cuisine et des punaises de lit

Die Hygiene war sehr mangelhaft. In den Betten befanden sich viele Bettwanzen und das Badezimmer war dreckig. Die Stockbetten waren sehr gefährlich und die Leiter hinauf nicht sicher. Mehrere Personen sind beim Hinabsteigen hingefallen. Ich habe mir dabei meinen Fuß verletzt und musste ins Krankenhaus. Die Atmosphäre in den Zimmern war eher unangenehm. Insgesamt eine schlechte Erfahrung, ich würde das Hostel NICHT empfehlen!

Los colchones, la presencia de chinches, el olor de las sábanas que estaban limpias pero un olor desagradable, el baño mojado constantemente, la basura de la cocina que se acumulaba. El hombre que estaba en recepción algunos días era muy desagradable.

Literal bedbugs

Las camas y paredes de la habitación tienen chinches. Me estoy yendo a las 4 am porque es imposible dormir, te pica todo. El resto de la gente de la habitación también tuvo que irse. La limpieza del baño y las habitaciones deja muchísimo que desear. Se entiende que es un hostel económico, pero que sea barato no justifica que esté sucio. Más allá de todo, lo que sobresale es lo de las chinches, no se puede dormir.

La cama está plagada de chinches, nos han picado por todo el cuerpo y hemos tenido que abandonar el hostal a media noche. Horrible!

BED BUGS! How can you keep saying that there’s no bed bugs when literally almost everyone complains about it? Solve that problem and then you have a great place to stay in Seville.
