Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta Buckhead by IHG

Amazing breakfast including turkey sausages, pork sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, omelettes etc. Window can be opened in the room. Bed bugs. Orange juice and apple juice not so tasty due to overall quality of tap water in Atlanta, better to be served individually.

Just the staff at the check in I found a bed bug in my bed, I reported to the manager immediately, she did not believe me by pictures so I have to take the bug to the front desk.

Other good reviews just rated 10 stars with zero comment?? My husband got bed bug bites over over his arm and his leg , it is awful, we can not believe Holiday inn has such poor standard. We have alway been an IHG and Holiday Inn customer, and my family travels often, but after this trip and two very disappointing stay at Holiday inn, we are definitely going to switch to other hotels for future stay.

Nice and clean and gals the mattress was covered preventing bed bugs. Maybe change the carpet to wood so it’s no way bed bugs can travel.
