Feel Hostels City Center

Too much noise, dirty facilities, and the bed I slept in had bedbugs. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.

L’hôtel n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Il est très bruyant à cause de son emplacement en plein centre-ville et des cafés à proximité. De plus, j’ai été piquée par des punaises de lit, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et pose un sérieux problème d’hygiène. Je recommande à l’établissement de traiter ce problème en urgence.

Trop de bruit la nuit et les draps n étaient pas propres ,il y avait même des punaises de lits et le lendemain j avais des boutons rouges de partout C est malheureux

Vorsicht Bettwanzen! Wir sind eingecheckt und haben unser Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht, dort sind uns direkt zahlreiche typische Kotspuren an Wänden und Möbeln aufgefallen, wir haben auch ein totes Exemplar gefunden. Haben direkt unsere Sachen wieder gepackt und uns an der Rezeption beschwert, immerhin bekamen wir das Geld zurückerstattet. Angeblich sei der Befall mit Bettwanzen bisher nicht aufgefallen, die Spuren waren jedoch sehr eindeutig… Schade, denn an sich ist es ein ganz passables Hostel mit guter Lage.

Very Bad! Bedbugs in the room, I do not recommend!!

One of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were super small and the beds were also not the best. The bathrooms had everywhere you could look some defects. You couldn’t close the toilet dors. On the shower was the head of the shower missing (like wtf). The breakfast was also not good. I don’t even want to come to the point of the kitchen. It was just disgusting. Apart from the missing equipment, they had bugs in the drawers. Last but not least I had bed bugs after this stay. :))

Unfortunately, the hostel is pretty run down overall. Only one of three showers worked, the bathroom was generally not clean. The 4 bed room was okay, mattresses with plastic covers, no bed bugs. The staff is very friendly!

The stay was awful. First of all I booked a female room. I arrived quite late and I walked into a room that was mixed. To make it even worse an intoxicated man came to my bed and tried to get inside…. I was able to switch my room, so that was good. The worst part of the stay was, that they have bedbugs!! I only stayed for one night and now have them in my apartment. A hostel needs to close down when they have bedbugs. Please be very careful before sleeping in this hostel!! Apart from this, it wasn’t very clean, it was loud and the window was broken. I have never had an experience this bad before and I have traveled a lot.

Very centric and well located Hostel, cheap price, acceptable amenities, youth environment & friendly fellows working there. However, I got bed bug bites on my left arm right after the 1st night and I know I wasn't the only one. Be careful, your bunk-bed might have a surprise!

Ich habe mir in dem Hostel Bettwanzen eingefangen. Es war so schrecklich und es wurde sich nicht drum gekümmert. Die Küche war extrem dreckig. In dem Frauen WC waren mehrmals betrunkene Männer die Freunde des Besitzers waren. Außerdem konnte man die Tür nicht abschließen und es gab nie Klopapier. Das Personal war nett und die Lage war gut. Aber das war es einfach nicht wert.

Fuyez cet endroit. Malgré le côté attractif de leur position, je vous conseille vivement de ne pas réserver ici. J'y ai dormi 2 nuits et dès la première, j'ai été assaillie par les punaises de lit, et quand je dis assaillie c'est pas une façon de parler, elles devaient être présente dans le matelas depuis des semaines voire des mois. J'ai du batailler durant toute ma semaine de vacances pour qu'ils me remboursent, ils disent qu'ils le feront et si vous ne les relancez pas plusieurs fois, vous ne voyez pas la couleur de votre argent.

Bedbugs in the whole room! Ignorant and unhelpful staff and manager. No compensation was given. Strongly advise against going there because of the non excisting service and the bed bugs.

Nada un asco de lugar sucio,incomodo e inseguro · Solo me hospede una noche y creo que hubiese estado mucho más cómoda en el banco de los parques,me picaba todo el cuerpo,sin saber que me picaba,chinches??😡ventiladores de decoración por que no funcionan,que horror!! Llegue a las 10:00pm,al ir al baño charcos por todo el pasillo,ni te cuento el baño,pero lo más triste que me levante a las 10:20a.m a ducharme y los charcos seguían en el suelo y encima más grandes... Literas incómodas,cama de abajo sin espacios,escaleras mal ubicadas camas súper pequeña te clavas todas los muelles,fatal!! Para rematar a la hora de salir,pregunto por si tiene guarda equipaje y me dicen que si,les pregunto el costo y me dicen que nada,que no me preocupe y que puedo recogerlas cuando desee,me alegro el gesto,pero lejos de pensar que cuando fuera a recogerlas me habían inspeccionado hasta las bragas,no dejaron ni un hueco de mi bolso y maleta sin registrar,me las encontré totalmente abiertas y las cosas registradas,quedando alucinada después de la noche tan horrible que pase sin dormir,tenían que darme la despedida de esa manera...se llevaron hasta la última moneda y aún no he mirado bien que falta per me parece una falta de respeto y profesionalidad,ya que lo primero que pregunte si era seguro y afirmándome que obviamente se guarda con seguridad,ahora bien invito al dueño encargado de tal lugar,que revisen las cámaras de seguridad y ponga orden en el lugar,por que lo que a mí me sucedió con mis pertenencia sin saber que estaban buscando,no es ético,es una vergüenza!!!tienen cámara,verifícalo,mi hora de salidas fue a las once menos cinco,sobre esa hora guardaban mis pertenencias en el supuesto lugar seguro,donde me registraron y robaron!!

CHINCHES en las camas y muy sucio! Falta de salubridad en general, las mantas y las sabanas olian mal y por la mañana cuando dejamos la habitacion nos encontramos chinche en mi cama... El hostal no ofreció ningún tipo de atención ni cuidado hacia nosotros que al llegar a casa tuvimos que desinfectar en lavandería toda la ropa que llevábamos. Ni descuento, ni devolución de dinero, ni disculpas. Hay que tener unos mínimos de higiene señores!

CUIDADO CHINCHES! Falta de higiene en general, pero el colmo fue cuando nos encontramos chinche entre las sabanas de la cama justo antes de dejar la habitación. El hostal no nos prestó la atención debida ni puso su ropa de cama en cuarentena sino que la dejó amontonada en medio del hall! Ni se preocuparon por si nos habían mordido, ni revisaron las maletas, nada. No nos devolvieron el dinero ni las horas de lavandería que dedicamos al llegar a casa para desinfectar toda la ropa y evitar la plaga. Señores es su local y es su responsabilidad mantenerlo en condiciones de salubridad y más cuando sus clientes pagan (demasiado bien) sus servicios.
