room i was staying at had bed bugs and cockroaches they give you a net to sleep helps with the bugs but room wasn’t clean felt dirty and floorboards where rotted wouldn’t recommend very pricey for what you get

Everything else, incompetent staff as well as inhabitable living space. The bungalow itself was hotter than outside (even with the fan on). Found a bed bug as well as other people’s hair on our “clean sheets”. Lizards and insects having an easy way to enter making it an uncomfortable stay at night. Not to mention the exposed electrics and faulty wiring around the room, cut corners at every expense of the customer. During the first night we booked another hotel for the next two nights, blue view house is way better value for money seeing as they are practically priced the same. Overall completely appalled with the level of service and amenities provided to us and urge any likeminded people to avoid at all costs.

No AC, mosquito’s are crazy here, I saw bed bugs, the incests are appalling and the rooms are very old. Me and my friends booked a different place and checked out early.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were exceptionally dirty for sure..they were itchy and definitely had bed bugs.

Room overall was very dirty and unpleasant. Brown stains on walls, dirty floors and unpleasant smell from towels provided. Mosquito nest are provided, however my partner and I woke up to bed bug bites. Location was good and staff were very friendly however I wouldn’t recommend.

Because the property is surrounded by jungle, there are a lot of bugs around at night especially, which makes it very uncomfortable to lounge in the area. Also the curtain in our room wasn’t very private, we had a fan room and it would blow quite easily, and our room window opened out onto the Main Street, so people could see into the room. Felt a lot of bed bugs in the bed too. We had bed liners in our packs so it wasn’t an issue, but just to be aware the sheets aren’t very clean.

Bed bugs! My bed was covered in blood every morning. Only one outlet which you needed for the fan. Toilet leaked, bathroom floor was always wet. Part of the ceiling fell down when I was sleeping.
