   Downtown location. Nice staff. You get a place to sleep for low price.. Wet floors in all washrooms, showers. Not cleaned very often. Lots and lots of people in 1 room. Approximately 30-35 capsules per room if not more. No security at the entrance. Anybody can come inside without any security. No locks for capsules - anybody can open your capsule any time and disturb you or steal your things. Heard some people complain their stuff was stolen when they left it inside their capsules as it doesn’t lock. Because so many people stay in 1 room it’s so messy, lot’s of personal items, luggage outside the capsules in the room it’s overloaded. The lockers downstairs are often broken. No separate rooms for men and women. Honestly we were worried and felt unsafe with some sketchy people staying there as we were 2 girls. Would be better if they had female rooms even if it was more expensive. The kitchen is nasty. At the check in I was given a wrong capsule number twice! As someone was already sleeping there when I tried to open my capsule.. The staff were nice though but I felt sorry for them as they were seemingly overwhelmed with lots and lots of people checking in and many people inquiring with so many issues. But honestly, you get what you pay for. It was really cheap, so I guess it’s fair. But we regretted it the minute we arrived. Would suggest to pay more for your own safety and comfort. Totally not worth it if you’re staying for more than 2 nights.. The location is convenient but there was construction everywhere. The main road is closed for construction nearby and it smells horrible. It’s convenient but not really worth it..

   The inside of the capsule was nice. I had a bad time. When I arrived on Saturday, another guest's belongings had just been stolen and he was reporting it to the police. My capsule didn't lock (even though they are clearly intended to lock, you're given a key card for them). The person at reception was not helpful at all, he spoke barely any English but also refused to communicate with me in French even though I speak French. He said it was a known problem, and when I asked for a capsule that locks he said there were none available as obviously everyone wants one that locks. He said there was nothing he could do at all, and the manager would only be back on Monday and until then he could not help me. Apparently there is no way to reach anyone with any sort of decision power during the weekend. He did not take my concerns as a woman travelling alone seriously at all, and said nobody was going to enter my capsule. Long story short, of course someone did try in the middle of the night. I contacted the property multiple times through the booking.com portal and via email and never received a response (still waiting to this day). I only stayed one night and left Montreal early because I felt so uncomfortable. Worst experience I've had so far.

   there is no breakfast included. Locks for pod doors are defective. Made in China. The Door does not lock. The key card they give you does not open the pod door. Just bank on the door with your fist and it opens. AVOID STAYING HERE, you have NO SECURITY. AND PRICES JACKED UP every weekend, THIS IS A RIP OFF. Mattress is uncomfortable, pillow feels like a sponge. POD is small, narrow, suits a midget. They have another crappy overpriced property on St Laurent Blvd. STAY AT new, comfortable SAINT LO, comfortable, good vibe, fantastic breakfast included, 5 min walk from Guy Concordia.

   There were not enough bathrooms for the amount of pods and 2/3 in the ground floor were out of service. Cleanliness could also improve a ton. I was charged extra to keep my luggage for a few hours after checkout (I had a couple of hours wait before going to the airport). This is usually a service provided for free by most hostels and I was under the impression it was listed as an included service.

   It was a great stay if you're just going there to sleep! The space is small, but they've made really clever use of it! There's a TV, a mirror with a light, an extra reading light, and there's even air conditioning inside! Very clever! The doors have an automatic system that locks them from the inside and outside using a card! Someone broke into my cubicle twice! I have no idea why! I chose this cubicle because I’d just come back from a last-minute trip and didn’t know if I’d be staying any longer, so I picked the first floor – but unfortunately, the automatic door-locking system wasn’t working during my stay! I hope you can sort it out soon
