Bed Bugs in the bed!!! I had 4 bed bug bites on my 2 day stay!!!

Had a terrible experience during my one night stay in Dumaguete! Suffered terrible bed bug bites and unfortunately the hotel staff kept saying it’s the “first time” they have heard of this. Seems to me they were shirking responsibility for this problem, and I have contacted the property via their web form as well as email but have yet to get a response after more than 3 days!!
