    • Ricompensa legata a una recensione 10/10, but good value for money

    Overall clean room, but quite dusty under the bed. Also, it wasn’t possible to plug in the bed lights and have available plugs by the bed at the same time. The hallway was smelly and not clean. It was very cheap, however, and the sheets, towels, beds and toilet were clean. So overall not 10/10, but good value for money.

    STAY AWAY!! Horrible experience and no accountability! I cannot understand how anyone can give this hotel positive review, some of the comments look fake, maybe that's the reason. After arriving, we got the keys and went to our rooms. The rooms were dirty and disgusting, especially the smell from the not flushed Toilette... The Rooms also had holes in the walls and the windows had creepy fingerprints on them. Overall just very very dirty. There were several cars broken in around the property, and we called the police. The police said they know about it and that it's normal in that area. After contacting the front desk that the rooms were not made, they said that there is nothing they can do. So we ended up leaving and booking another hotel. The worst thing is that we already were charged for the hotel and a parking spot and we are not giving us back our money. They said we should write an email, which we did and nobody reacts. We tried to call but nobody picked up. STAY AWAY, similar priced hotels with much better service and especially customer care in Bremen.
