Nothing poor reception and expect for city tax charges extra 😡😡😡 Found bugs in the beds 😡😡😡 Looking like jail 😡😡horror 😡😡😡

If you have any doubt about this hostel, do not book with them. We booked with them and then cancelled within 30 mins, because we saw the most recent review about bed bugs. They ignored every call we gave them, and hung up on us when they finally picked up and we explained to them that we would like a refund. They ignored my request to waive the fee, and they completely ignored us and sent us off when we went to the place in person to get our money back. I still have no received a refund and have to dispute it with Booking.com. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, and definitely read other reviews… beware for bed bugs.

I really enjoyed staying here, loved the location near the beach, but unfortunately I picked up bed bugs in this hostel, which seems to be a recurring issue (based on previous reviews) The hygiene was average, the shower was definitely not the cleanest I’ve seen.

Emplacement au top ! Près de la plage et assez central. Pour le reste c'est juste une catastrophe : la salle de bain et les toilettes dans la chambre donc autant dire qu'à 8 personnes c'est impossible de dormir. Le bruit des robinets et des portes c'est une catastrophe ! Le personnel est franchement désagréable. Au petit déjeuner il vous saute dessus pour savoir si vous avez payé et dire bonjour ça doit être en supplément. Pareil pour l'accueil. Très déçu ! Et j'ai aussi eu des doutes sur les punaises de lit car je me suis réveillé avec des boutons étranges....

I stayed here with a group of friends, and while towels were provided and the bathroom was mostly okay (though it could have been a bit cleaner), we were unfortunately bitten by bed bugs in the beds. This was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.

Attention PUNAISES de lit !!! Cuidado CHINCHE !! Carefull Bedbug !!! J’ai du partir en avance car mon lit était infesté de punaises de lit ! À l’accueil ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser. Chambres sales car je n’avais pas le bon tarif ! Cuisine au sous sol sale! Depuis je me bats chez moi pour éradiquer les punaises de lit qui ont réussi à voyager dans notre sac de voyage. Horrible.

Pretty sure we got bed bugs Elevators were too small and didn’t work half the time we were there Rooms weren’t cleaned everyday like it said they would be the bathrooms were full of vomit for days after we arrived even after I complained Should not have cupboards below head of bed

An sich war es ein sehr schönes, nett eingerichtetes Hostel. Ich bin allerdings aus meinem Urlaub leider mit Bettwanzen heimgekehrt und kann diese nicht eindeutig auf dieses Hostel zurückführen. War aber die letzten zwei Tage dort und sie könnten von da stammen. Schaut also lieber einmal nach :)

Stay away! **BEDBUGS!** not only does everything not seem to function at this hostel, from the doors to the elevator, but it's not as clean as it seems. I left and had to treat all.my belongings due to a bed bug infestation. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
