The actual staff are nice and friendly Mould , ripped curtains, bed bugs , not what’s promised as all and when I complained to the hotel about the bed bugs they claimed there was no bed bugs when Iv got evidence through bite marks and also pictures of the bed bugs it self they still deny them

The bus stop is very close. Easy check-in. Both the main entrance and room doors are constantly slammed, even during the night. There are problems with the door system and issues with the behavior of people. Bedbugs are present, and we have been bitten multiple times. Additionally, there is no room cleaning service. Uncomfortable toilet positioning.
