The bedroom didn't have ventilation. The water after 10am in the shower wasn't running. We had some bites that looked like bedbugs and the breakfast was completely disappointing. Cheap croissants and cheap bread. Not even eggs

Repartir avec des punaises de lit et être piqué par des moustiques qui ont établi leur camp de base dans la douche. Le bruit la nuit des autres résidents.

No air conditioning and lots of bed bugs!

Regarding the parking lot that we reserved, when we went out to drive and came back after few hours, our reserved slot was gone and the staff assigned on that day sold our slot to other customer. How come you didn’t know that parking slots are occupied? Guests dont need to say that they’re going to get in and get out everytime. The one assigned on night shift doesnt have clue but we have a card on our car saying our slot is 102. It kind of pissed me off. I told him to wake up the guest who is parking on our slot. The Guy told us we can park on the curve to compensate, but if delivery comes in the morning or anytime, he needs to wake us up to move our car. The hotel is near a football field and a dog park. There are lots of dog poop around the street. The bathroom sink is leaking. The ceiling panel on 102 is open. You can see the wirings and pipes. Lastly, the Mattress. It has stains on it. And it looked really worn out. Specially the Bed Bugs scare in Paris happening recently. The rooms looked like an old Hospital.
