Second stay here. The location is good, some staff are very helpful. Great policy and facilities. BEG BUG, it can be perfect any other way but once there's BED BUG it's hardly 1/10. Anyway I stayed for 2 weeks but changed room to 017 for the last two nights and the nightmare began.... I later called the staff about the whole situation after checking out and she said she'd reach back but nothing happened
