VIKI Kazimierz Hostel

We did not stay at the place because there were bedbugs! We just stayed there only 5 minutes and we saw few so we left. We wanted to call or contact the place after all, but it was impossible. Unfortunately we paid for nothing! I don’t know how, but I want our money back. Please review this opinion and contact me directly or to my email for more details. This was horrible.

all hostel is bedbugs infested. They did not refund our monies

1. Sketchy people living there long term. 2. No keys for the room, the door to hostel open. 3. Only two showers for dozens of people (and they are far from being clean). 4. Bunk beds are not stable, I was afraid to crush my partner while sleeping on the 2nd floor. DANGEROUS 5. No microwave, the kitchen is locked after 10 p.m. 6. Everything is so worn off, the floor is fixed with duck tape:)) 7. I'm pretty sure there was bed bugs in my bed because I woke up with peculiar rashes and itching.

We had one night to rest and it was ruined. All three beds in our room had bed bugs and on the photos you can see that the bed frames had dirt that these insects leave. Me and my friends had bed bug bites, one of our friends still haven’t recovered and you can see that on the pictures as the bite still haven’t disappeared. I have videos, but can not upload them, so I attached screenshots in addition to the photos. On one of the videos, I killed one bedbug in the bathroom. It was on my clothes after I left the room. You can see red stain on the floor form the bug, because it already fed from our blood. It was impossible to reach the reception out. We had an early train, so we couldn’t wait to speak to manager directly. We asked for refund, but did not get it. We don't recommend this place to anyone.
