El lugar es lindo a la vista, el personal es muy amable y cuentan con terraza pero tienen que tener más cuidado con la limpieza. A mi amiga le picaron las chinches durante la noche por lo que tuvimos que cambiarnos de hostal y perder una noche que ya estaba pagada. También hay ruido hasta muy tarde.

ALOT of bed bugs, only provided thin sheets, headphones stolen, no refunds, Wifi doesn't reach all the rooms, no locks provided for lockers, keys not provided to room, and messy kitchen. Also, my roommates had the locks broken on their lockers in the middle of the night and someone went through their bags and stole their money/valuables. One plus is that you can smoke weed on the terrace, there is friendly staff, and there is small gym, but I would never stay here again.

J'ai fais une réaction allergique presque un oedème de quicke ils ne m'ont absolument pas aider ... Ils m'ont changé de lit sans me donne une autre couverture j'ai eu très froid j'ai du dormir sous ma serviette de toilette mouillé ! Je leur ai demander d'aller me cherché a mangé car je n'avais pas mange depuis 30h et je n'étais pas en forme ils m'ont répondu qu'ils n'avaient pas le temps !. Il m'aurait laissé mourir d'un oedème dans le froid sans avoir mangé n'y aller pas !

Nice staff, hot showers, decent common areas, BUT there were BED BUGS in my bunk. I had a very restless night.

Ich war hier für 3 Nächte. Das einzig gute an diesem Hostel waren die Events die abends organisiert wurden und der Preis. Die dorms waren unglaublich dreckig und besonders die Bäder wurden nie gereinigt in der Zeit in der ich dort war. In der letzten Nacht habe ich erfahren, dass es Bettwanzen dort gibt. Keine Empfehlung!

A mi y a otros tres amigos nos tocó una cama con chinches, cierran la terraza pero se quedan personas platicando en los pasillos haciendo mucho ruido y hablando hasta muy noche, a otro amigo su cama la asignaron a alguien más porque pensaron que estaba libre y tuvo que cambiarse de habitación, la terraza fue lo más agradable del lugar.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hostel jedoch scheint es in fast jedem Dorm Bettwanzen zu geben. Habe zwei Nächte kaum geschlafen und bin voll von Bissen. Dieses Problem scheint seit Wochen bekannt zu sein, vor paar Tagen war wohl auch ein Kammerjäger da und viele Gäste haben deswegen das Hostel bereits verlassen.. Mir wurde jedoch nichts am Check in gesagt obwohl alle Mitarbeiter darüber informiert sind

I was knowingly put into a room with bed bugs. Here’s the story: I noticed bites on my arm the day after my second night. I figured I had been bitten my mosquitoes. I bought antihistamine thinking I must be allergic to these types of mosquitoes or something That night in bed at the hostel I noticed 3 bed bugs on my curtain. When I made this known to reception they were very unhelpful and acted unsurprised. They did say they would switch me rooms, and when I asked if they would like me to show them the bugs, they acted disinterested. So I followed up with “or did you already know about them?” The answer, “yes, we knew”!!!! Don’t stay here.

Beds are infested with bedbugs, this places really needs to fumigate. I left the hostal covered with bedbugs. Horrible. The staff was friendly and most helpful but it doesn’t take away from the fact that at night you get eaten alive.
